CHR-70 Full Range Driver
The original CHR-70 has one of the largest stable excursions in its class, a high total Q and a resonance of 70Hz. It is capable of generating authentic musical pleasure in a wide selection of enclosure designs for custom-build projects. OEM, commercial and media applications can also take advantage of CHR-70's durability, excellent performance and styling.
Originally available in two colour finishes, only the gold colour cones are currently available.
Features
The CHR-70 shares the custom build heritage of Markaudio's high-end Alpair driver family. The CHR-70's cone and cap employ all-new profiles on a new aviation grade aluminium alloy. Used together with Markaudio's coating technology, the CHR-70 delivers one of the best overall performances in its class.
Colours
The CHR-70 has clean styling and a choice of either cool-grey or rich-gold colours. The blend of style and colour choices with class-leading performance and professional design makes the CHR-70 is an excellent lower-cost, high-value audio driver.
Performance
The chassis (frame) is a new one-piece injection moulded unit employing a double polymer mix to deliver the required rigidity without the ringing interference frequencies generated by some pressed metal and die-cast frames.
